Pleasure: A Pathway To Power

A three-hour workshop for women and vulva owners

·      Would you love to experience more pleasure in your life?

·      Are you tired out from over-doing and over-giving?

·      Do you find yourself saying yes when you actually want to say no?

·      Are you curious about how you could connect more with your desires?

We live in a culture that teaches us to override our needs, values doing over being, and as someone in a female body, often encourages us to put others first.

Reclaiming our right to pleasure is a radical act!

Deeply listening to our bodies supports us to find our voice, to find our power. This impacts personal relationships and beyond – what dreams do we want to follow, what choices do we want to make? With pleasure as our compass we can step out of habitually pleasing others and step into pleasing ourselves.

In this workshop will be exploring pleasure in the widest sense

· Learn how to expand your capacity for pleasure in all areas of your life

· Understand the role that your nervous system plays in your ability to access pleasure

· Find a deeper connection to your body and sensation

· Identify what’s a yes and what’s a no, and how to communicate this

The group will be limited to twelve people to ensure an intimate space. Gentle yet powerful practices will include:

· Nervous system regulation

· Embodiment and self-connection practices (no yoga experience required)

· Optional partner work with non-sexual touch

In this workshop we will explore

·      Expanding your capacity for pleasure in everyday life

·      The role the nervous system plays in accessing pleasure

·      Connecting with your body and its pleasure pathways

·      Recognising your yes and your no, and how to express this

While we may explore aspects of sexuality this is a clothed and choice-led workshop. You are always in control of your participation and are never required to do anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
