Join Eloise from Fawe and Hannah from Journal For Joy in Move, Journal, Shine, an energising half day retreat to help you release stress and unleash self-belief and joy!
Whatever’s going on in your life right now, we’ll guide you to connect with your most confident, creative and positive self through the simple-but-powerful practices of movement and journaling – and hold space for you to gather with others who want to do the same.
What’s involved?
12.30pm - Hellos and introductions
12.45pm - A transformative workshop with Eloise centred around the elemental forces of fire, air, water and earth, combining playful movement with sound, breathwork and qigong meditation.
1.45pm - Cakes & drinks (choose what you’d like from the café!)
2.15pm - An uplifting workshop with Hannah, exploring positive journaling and lighthearted creativity to tap into feel-good feelings like gratitude, optimism and joy.
3.45pm – Reflections and goodbyes
No prior experience is necessary. Just turn up wearing something comfy to move in and bring along your favourite journal and some pens/pencils (although don’t worry if you forget, we’ll bring spare paper and pens too). Yoga mats are available to borrow but feel free to bring your own if you prefer, too.
